1. Service Overview

DomainBuyer.com ("we", "our", "us") provides a domain name search and concierge acquisition service. Our concierge team researches, contacts, and negotiates with domain owners on your behalf.

2. Fees

• Initiation Fee: A non-refundable fee of $9.95 is charged to begin the research and outreach process for each domain acquisition request.
• Buyer's Fee: Upon successful acquisition, a 5% buyer's fee is charged based on the final agreed purchase price.
• Domain Purchase Price: The actual cost of the domain is separate and will be communicated before you commit to the purchase.

3. No Guarantee of Acquisition

We make every reasonable effort to acquire domains on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee that a domain owner will agree to sell. The initiation fee covers our research and outreach efforts regardless of outcome.

4. Anonymity

All negotiations are conducted anonymously on your behalf. You agree not to contact the domain owner directly for any domain that is the subject of an active concierge order, as this may compromise the negotiation.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and placing orders.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose, to abuse the search rate limits, or to engage in any activity that could damage or impair our service.

7. Limitation of Liability

DomainBuyer.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid to us.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
